GRANT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES

The Town of Fort White, FL plans to apply for a CDBG grant not to exceed $1,000,000 and is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide grant administration services ;to include management and reporting for the project to include but not be limited to compliance with all applicable environmental review requirements, financial tracking, monitoring labor standards, review of policies and procedures, reporting requirements and project close out. The Town will apply to the Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Coronavirus (CV) category. The grant application deadline is November 1, 2021. Interested parties should send an email to the Town at: clerk [at] fortwhitefl.com (clerk[at]fortwhitefl[dot]com) to request a copy of the RFP. Sealed proposals must be received by 9:00 am on September 28, 2021. Sealed proposals shall be mailed or delivered to the Town at P.O. Box 129 (118 SW Wilson Springs Rd.) Fort White FL 32038. Proposals will be opened and evaluated at a time convenient to the Town. An original and five (5) copies of the proposal shall be placed in a sealed envelope, marked “RFP #2021-02 CDBG-CV-GAS”, and delivered to the Town by the time, date listed above.
